11. Your data, your approvals and the fine print

Who made this guide. Centelligence Brain, a Human AI Brain setup guide, is written and sold by Levi Eck. It isn't made, endorsed, sponsored or reviewed by SpaceXSI (formerly xAI), Anysphere, Inc., X, Google or any company named in it. Grok Bot, X, the X Subscription, Google Drive, Google Sheets and Google Docs belong to their owners. They're named only to tell you which apps the steps work with.
Your data. Your sheets and docs live in your own Google account. Your assistant's instructions, skills, routines and chat live in your own Grok Bot account. Both are covered by those services' own terms and privacy policies, not by me. I never log in to your accounts, and I can't see, change or recover anything in them. The setup is designed to keep my access out of the picture: you paste the steps yourself. If you add other people's details to your Contacts sheet, make sure you're allowed to keep them.
Your approvals. Your assistant is set up to read back what it saves and to ask for your yes before anything goes out under your name or anything external happens. That's a setup, not a guarantee. You can change it, and Grok Bot can change how its features work. You're responsible for what you approve and for what your assistant does in your accounts.
AI can be wrong. Your assistant can misread your files, miss things or state something false with confidence. The FACT, INFERENCE and UNKNOWN labels help, but they don't make it accurate. Check anything important before you rely on it. Don't use this setup to make decisions about someone's credit, job, housing, insurance, health or legal matters. This guide isn't legal, financial, tax, medical or other professional advice, and it doesn't promise any result.
Your license. When you buy the guide, you get a personal license to use it and to paste its instructions, skills, routines and setup prompts into your own Grok Bot account for yourself. You may adjust them for your own use. You may not resell, share, republish or give away the guide or its text, publish it as a template or in a marketplace, or set it up for other people as a paid or free service. The guide's copyright stays with me.
Refunds. This is a digital download sold through Link, the merchant of record, under the Sold Through Link Terms (https://link.com/terms#sold-through-link-terms). Refunds aren't offered for a change of mind, except where the law or Link's refund policy says otherwise. For example, buyers in the EU and UK can cancel within 14 days of getting access under Link's terms. Your X Subscription is separate: you bought it from X, and its billing and refunds are between you and X. If the guide or a copy box doesn't work as written, email samestateguide@outlook.com and I'll fix the guide. I can't log in to or troubleshoot your Grok Bot, X or Google accounts, and I don't offer support beyond fixing the guide.
Updates. Grok Bot and Google change their apps, and that can break a step. I may fix or update the guide, but updates are at my discretion and none are promised. I can't promise the steps will keep working, or that Grok Bot or Google will keep the features this guide uses.
Limits. To the extent the law allows, the guide is provided as is, and my total responsibility to you is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing here takes away rights you have under consumer laws that can't be waived. California law governs.
